Markets are worried that President Joe Biden’s $1.9 fiscal stimulus plan will overheat the economy and cause inflation.

Powell said that the Fed would be “patient” with higher inflation, saying it was likely to be a “one time” effect and not price gains that continue year-after-year.

Powell repeated that the Fed was a “long way” from its goals of maximum employment and stable 2% inflation.

Depends on whether the fringe groups burn down Minneapolis or Portland... :grrr: :2scared:

If you think the fed has any idea how to control inflation then you've had blinders on for over a decade.

Doesn’t matter what I think. I’m just showing you that the Fed says they have zero interest rates because the economy needs them. A healthy economy doesn’t need free money. According to the Fed.

Trump's booming economy is on its way back. People don't actually need this fake "stimulus" money. It's gonna get dumped into something.
Less than half of this stimulus money is actually going to the people . Most of it is going to bail out Democrat run cities that don't know how to budget their money now we have to bail them out !!!

That's Debbie Downer for you.

I would think the market would react badly, could be a lot of hurt.
Oil prices will probably shoot through the roof when they invade. As if we need higher prices. All that posturing and it's pretty much settled that we aren't going to do anything.

question is why is nato expanding to russias borders when originally nato was not supposed to expand "1 inch to the east" of german wall i believe.
Because the countries that were once dominated by Russia sought protection from Russia. Russia has already invaded two former Soviet republics and likely will again.
