You're right. I misspoke...if the person is filing credits...you can file but they won't be processed until Feb 15th

Seasonal are employees, not independent contractors.

The question was how they get the W-2's.

I did not know if they have access to the ADP website or not.

If not, I said that they will come in the mail, as all ours do, eventually.

Did UPS end up using delivery drivers that used their own vehicles for seasonal? Never saw the follow up on that but that was why I answered the way I did. The seasonal employees should have access to online...my daughter did when she was considered seasonal. It should be on the same account they originally created. Either way, you are correct, the company has to and will mail it out.

That’s not correct.

Not exactly yet close to the truth. Form 1040 is more capable of being so, but W-2 is pretty good as in addition. Can't claim for anything with ADP website, just know that there are some other places to find w-2 tax form away, as well as other required papers. It eventually just more convenient solution, despite the fact the paid one
