Pretz,I didn't mean to demean you with that last post.I respect you for having the moxy to post here,and can usually see your point.
But surely ups has weighed out the metrics of adding at least some of the responsibility of overallowed to preload.
I agree a lot of the time it's the drivers fault.but more often than not,it's not because he wants to get home even later than he already does.
I put every minute of break in my board when I run in to get a coffee etc.I could steal a half hour OT by taking the ERI,but I think now,more
than ever, the direction WE are taking is not customer service,just profit ,and it's redundancy makes me squirm.
