Enforcing the UPS Contract

Earlier is better but better, smarter and easier is not the UPS way. We are original for being in brown trucks with brown uniforms, no beards, shined shoes, and ancient package movement technology in some centers.

Why, do most if not all other couriers start 15-45 minutes earlier than we do. I know they don't work as hard, fast or as long as we do.

Reasons needed.

Its called sense of urgency. It seems feeder drivers have lost that idea.

I know you cant pull before your told, so that might not be your fault. But it is soooooo tough to sell our NDA service if we cant even hit the road till 9-915. Fedex hits the road at 8 and airborne even earlier. I know they can get the loads here sooner, its been done. Just cant figure why it takes an hour more to get dispatched, when business is down.
