Anyone encounter one of these. Didn't know it was a thing. It was for a medical device at a resi stop. Stop only showed signature required on the diad. Once I scanned the package I got a call tag looking screen, with an added swap package prompt.

I had to open the package and swap out the used medical device with the new one. Then I had to open the packaging packet to find the return label. Then I had to scan the return label and click on a prompt. Then the customer had to sign for his new medical device. I finally had to pack the old device with the return label and tape up the box. Luckily the truck I was driving today had packaging tape. Stop took 10 minutes

Yep, have an auto shop on my route that does this time to time. What’s a pain in the ass!

First encountered this a decade ago, oxygen machine I believe.
Thought it was strange to disconnect an old timer from his life support, take it and pack it up, and leave him with a new machine that may or may not work.
Indeed a royal pain in the ass stop.
Have done this a handful of times since to various people.

Probably all deceased because of me.

Runner-gunner's pick it up, shoving everything in there like a bank robber loading money in a bag, leave it with the clerk later to spend the 10 minutes packing.
