Actually I heard we won 3 contracts to deliver the countries Int'l EMS deliveries. So if you go to the US post office and send something to one of these countries Express Mail we would actually be the ones delivering it. I guess just one of the ways we continue to change and grow.

From what I am reading above we are not making the actual delivery to the consignee--we are simply transporting between post offices/processing facilities. Please correct me if I am wrong.
From what I was told we will be delivering the mail itself. The countries let the contracts out for bidding and we won. I assume once it got to the destination countries we would simply merge it into our own flow. If true UPS Int'l is a whole different animal then what we are used to domestically. But then again, the person telling me may not have had the whole story.

You are probably correct but when I read Chan's post it sounded like we would just be going PO to PO.
