Curious about the Demographics of Feeders

In Package I would say it is about 5% Female the last few years before I retired.

3 out of 100+ at my hub.

One was added last year, a FedEx "feeder" driver (nepotism is how she got the job, our local needs more balls).

When she got laid off and was working in the hub, I thought she would quit lol.

Didn't quit somehow!

We actually lost a guy and gained one more girl....through uh "change"....all at the same time. You figure it out. True story.

I got hired in feeders in November, one of the people in orientation with me was female. She transferred from out of state. New to feeders, she was a PCD before.
