Every six months i see all the postings irregs,hazmat,preload,small sort,etc. I have maybe seen 10 out of 600 on my sort promoted to these positions in the last seven yrs and none to ft. Rarely i will hear friends say they got offered something on sunrise thats a loss of skilled dollar and only 4 hrs a day..most jobs on my sort are at least 5 hr jobs.Who is getting promoted and i have never seen this so called hub seniority list. How are these jobs being filled and the biggest question is who governs this and finally are there even preferred job openings. Why are bid sheets put up if there are no openings? Also is see at least 50 people a yr hired off the street into small sort or clerk jobs. How is this possible?
