Final Rules for Revised LM2 Reports

The LM2 form has been revised after substantial public comment. Interested union members can check out the "Final Rule" at the DOL's website: http://www.dol.gov

The new rules however, won't take effect until January 1, 2004, which means results won't be seen until at least March 2005.
