Yes we are...relax you will be doing it 3 more times before the year ends.

A deciding factor on who will be subject to "Transformation Phase Two" (TPT) will the reaction times of the said management employees when a actual fire drill occurs. The last 20 percent of the participants who do not participate or meet at the designated safe areas during the test will be subject to reassignment or downgrade of responsibilities and salary, if not early retirement or induced enhancements.

So once you hear a alarm, an immediately response should be on your foremost mindset, how you left the building will show just how many you willing to survive the continuing cuts at any cost. Things to consider in your evaluation is if you elbow your fellow employees out of the way as you depart, if you are physically fit to keep from being the last 20 percent and if you lag behind to take your personal possessions.

They did that here . Fire alarm went off and everyone evacuated the building only to be locked out and Amazon tarps dropped down over all UPS signs .
