A few bots spamming can distort the percentage of accurate information. Plus it takes too long to weed through the nonsense to find anything relevant.

Yep, that’s my point if you try to follow along with any thread it’s nearly impossible to pick it back up where you left off. Unless you want to waid through tons of useless messages and responses.
And because of AI, some of the responses, don’t even show up

Certainly, it can be a tool to find out things that are going on around the country.

But it’s probably more like a harbor freight tool. Use it a couple times and throw it away.

This site was too ban heavy imo. If they just let people say what they wanna say, this site could have been flourishing.

Trying to make this site PC when the world was just starting to gain clarity was their biggest downfall and will probably be their demise.

Pretty much everyone in my Center files now, but I had quite a few young guys who would not file until other others filed basically because they wanted someone to shield them lol.


But of course, the beauty of everyone filing is the company can’t target anyone. It’s called building solidarity.

What I do online is for fun and occasionally for information.

Me personally trying to build solidarity among my local union, brothers and sisters actually makes a lot more work for me, but in the end, it will make my local stronger.

This was the pile of grievances that we’re going through just at the last local. We are not afraid here. If the company wants to violate the contract annd our rights and abuse us, they will get a fight.
We don’t always win, but the company knows they got punched.

The way my steward explained it, if they see you go into a store after lunch, they assume that thats not the only time you steal time. That if they would have kept following me then they would have found me stealing alot more time, which isn't true. I bust my tail out there. But I needed some nicotene. What I should do, and would im the future is do all my stuff during lunch. Or take a 45 min lunch ans use the other 15 for stuff luke that, like running out of water ect
