Thought it was a driver getting bumped to another driving area @nightmaresaredreamstoo hey buddy work as instructed and do your job …if you think inside jobs is hard wait till you hit the road .

It is driving. But different centers park their trucks at different places

I had to walk past another boxline to get to my center. Another building I worked out of had 6 centers but I think they cut some management jobs and consolidated them to just 4.

Permanent switch or temporary? Delivery drivers are loaned to other Center in my building all of the time. Treat them like a borrowed mule.

Permanent, atleast till seniority is high enough to take a bid route in the other center

If you are a low seniority miscellaneous driver it is pretty much just an administrative move. They will move some of those extra drivers around if another center is short of bodies.

Most buildings (except for the very small ones) have more than one delivery center. Usually just need to walk a few feet to get there.

Not ing Maple Grove. If you were in Three Rivers it was a 10 minute walk just to get your diad

They are pretty much intermingled…we are parked on different box lines but we will be like walking through each others’ pcms to get to our trucks. Just different management squads for each one.

Hard to imagine what these buildings and work environments are like. All ive ever seen is my building. Typically 40 routes per day. All of the surrounding centers are similar in size as well.
