I want to deep fry my turkey this year . What type of fryers do you guys use? Gas , propaine , does it really matter ? Also I heard most use peanut oil .

Most of the customers on my route have venison... soo many deer clubs in my area.

I'm also seeing wild turkey on route...but smart to get outta my way when driving thru.

For me, I like ham/ roasted pork for thanksgiving.
