Full-Time Inside Inforcement?

Anyone know if UPS is on track creating full-time inside jobs as per the contract? I've heard of them opening more in hubs but have yet to see it in our extended center (yes there is enough work for it). Has UPS created the amount they guaranteed in the contract or are they behind?

I'm not sure if our center is behind, but they have been creating quite a few jobs. I know because I was almost affected and had to move areas due to Full timers....

My HUB had several dozen "combo" jobs open up, maybe around 50 I heard. All the inside-inside jobs are basically filled up. And there may be some outside-inside jobs still available. I was trying for the 22.3 jobs, but it looks like an opportunity for FT driving will come first.
