Most of the Black Friday sales weren't very good.

I disagree:

Yeah in store volume not so hot but online grew. And I bet many key accounts (i.e. Amazon) were probably shipping all weekend and we were moving volume.

Our preload is starting much earlier than usual tomorrow morning.

Black Friday was a disaster in my center.

My route was cut and my "route neighbors" got 15 and 17.5 hour dispatches.

Obviously, a fair amount of that work found it's way back to the building and will go back out tomorrow.

The whole idea behind forcing us to work on the holiday is, to flush the system of volume in preparation of the massive influx of coming volume.

IE and their masters couldn't even get that right.

Couple that with DIAD software "enhancements" that, won't allow us to release Christmas presents to residences we used to d/r for decades before and what you end up with is; a debacle to end all debacles.

The company "took it on the chin" during Peak 2013. They're gonna "take it up the..." this year.

Which is frightening because, good Teamsters and lowlife scabs will suffer for the next 12 months.
