You can't even teach people to clean up after themselves in the bathroom. That's right, people make judgements on these things. More education? Riiiight.
we need to enforce the law for white collar criminals instead of under funding the budgets.

It's the "system" that's worrisome.
im more afraid of us not succeeding to find something that works, than replacing what doesnt work with something else that doesnt work.
