[HELP] DIAD 6, UAP access point closed during business hours.

With DIAD 5, when you found a CLOSED Access Point during business hours, an exception was made that I can't remember now. Someone tell me how to get it with DIAD 6. I think a mistranslation of the exception in DIAD 5 was ( known closed) but I'm not sure. And "other" we cannot use it because it generates a service failure

I found a screen that says:
1 closed retail
2 No accepted retail
3 received by UPS

Can it be this screen and option 1??
