Hi, new here and to fedex ground. Need Help!

Hi, I just recently got hired as a package handler for fedex ground loading trailers. But im not quite understanding as to how to build a wall correctly. Is there a certain pattern to follow? Like laying two boxes horizontal and the next two vertical. I was told my wall was fine but that one side had a column.

Building a wall at abx air seems simpler. But i guess there process was all wrong?. Does anyone have any pics or info they can share so i have a better understanding? It sucks my first 2 days im stuck with the laziest workers in the building that know nothing lol.

I can give you this: play tetris.... Then do it on a larger scale. If you get a box that won't fit anywhere at the time, set it to the side until you do.
