Vaccinated people still testing positive for virus ...lol I think I’ve heard enough about this
Yesterday I was just thinking……you know what’s not being mentioned AT ALL!!!! Plenty of vaccinated people are still catching the RONA. So just like the flu it’s not going anywhere. We have a new virus in the world to deal with and just have to accept it.

At that point sure but right now it’s not and employers are still mandating and the courts are upholding it. Every single American should be screaming from the rooftops that this is not acceptable.

Courts must be determining this action as a not "wrongful". Right to work gives almost unlimited power to the employer. As an employer in a right to work state myself, no employee's legal threats have ever concerned me. Employee handbooks and company policies teflon us against almost all legal action.

Thank god for that, can you imagine the lawsuits over hurt feelings and dirty looks. The burden of proof and standards must remain high or businesses of all sizes will suffer. Insurance costs for businesses are staggering now, can only imagine the cost of business without legal protections.
