How can I help my son get on flying with ups

First let me say that I know about the nepotism rule with ups. It will not apply in this case because I'm retiring in a few weeks. Does anybody know or have any experiance with this. He has more than enough time to meet all of the requirements, and has already applied on line. Is there anything I can do that would be helpful to him getting an interview.

My brother is a pilot for Frontier and has tried to get on with UPS for awhile. It helps if he knows another pilot at UPS who could give him a reference.

Get in line? My understanding is UPS pilot positions are highly sought after,
and there are alot of very very qualified hours/aircraft pilots waiting for their chance.

He applied online thats the best he can do now.
