How many socks?

When we were first allowed to wear shorts & socks, the first socks were brown with a gold stripe. Got mine at Building 19 for under a buck. There was a RI Air Driver who cleaned out Building 19 of their stock and sold them to other drivers for a nice profit.

I had a few people ask me if I was holding up my socks with rubber bands when they saw those brown socks with the off color gold band around the top.

It may be accepted at your building but the policy is UPS socks with shorts and they could enforce it at anytime.

Odd the Integrad paperwork I signed stated that, made me assume it was a nationwide thing...

I believe integrad you have to wear pants don't you? So I believe you read it wrong. With pants you wear black or brown socks. With shorts UPS branded socks.

I will dig through and see If I can find my paperwork, I believe mine was different and indeed allowed black socks with shorts. I could be wrong, but from what I can tell my sups/manager do not care...
