How ripped can you get on preload

I'm starting to develop some guns.
5 hours of slinging 40 lb packages with one hand like a gorilla every morning.
Thinking about asking for a couple more trucks just to see what my final form looks like.

Your shoulders will be the 1st things to start bothering you. When the pain gets to the point where it wakes you up at night, time to see an orthopod.

We have a dude in sort with one leg. Lost a leg getting his pants caught in a PTO shaft. lol.
Nice to see UPS hiring people with missing limbs.

Lmao how ripped can you get? How many alcoholic beverages are you able to down without anyone noticing while working? We have a few guys in my center that can get pretty ripped...and do so.....daily. Granted, it's usually in the parking lot after the shift, but....potatoes, tomatoes.

I wouldn't count on it. General labor will never get you as shredded as a targeted workout.
