Gooner

Blind every day
I know that when I signed the bid sheet for driving, I was set up with a coordinator in HR to get all my things in order to go to integrad. Nice guy. I wouldn’t want him out of that job, he helped quite a bit.

Buy outs began months ago. Some stayed on. Most HR positions are being outsourced. Beginning of next year there will be no HR except from out of Atlanta. That's what we were told.

I think we don't need to have so many FT supes running around. Center Manager, Preload Manager, Twilight/whatever else the main shifts are. In our center, we have the Preload Manager + 2 additional FT managers running around, then 7 belt supes (2 for training) + smalls/unload/irregs... It gets to be a bit much.

What CAN go are the OMS people in the afternoon. The evening/morning ones are more vital in terms of calling customers for follow-ups and communicating with drivers in the morning. I don't need a glorified receptionist barking orders at me over a message when I can just ignore her and go about my day without any consequence.

We have 14 belt supes for 3 belts. Why?

Agree. i was shocked the midday OMS when I was in package found her way to work everyday. That’s how dumb she was.
