I just wish the union fought for back pay more. I was once fired on a Friday for a complete BS reason.

I had a sup that we had documentation of him falsifying records a number of times. We are talking used a drivers ID in the board who didn't work that day to deliver a route. Then had driver follow ups. Lmao. Also sheeted air in the building and driver released it (commercial stop). Left it at their doorstep at noon.

Made a big deal of it oh we will show him blah blah blah. Oh he promises not to do it again. Back at work next day.
