The best award UPS can give preloaders is to install the scanners on the back of every vehicle so you get at least one form of technical backup. Preloaders handle 3-4 times the packages us drivers do, and do it in 1/3 the time, yet we have all kinds of technical backups built into the diad.
Us drivers get an award every time a preloader misloads a package. Run it.
