I certainly wouldn't want to be just starting this job in the next 10 years. Only going to get a lot worse unless theres a dramatic change with the possibility of Hoffa and Hall getting ousted.Then just maybe things would change if new leadership has any nuttz. I can possibly see a strike at some point down the road, cause drivers are getting sick of the bs games, but then again look what happened this time with people doing no homework and idiots not voting at all.

Our building has a few showers in the driver locker rooms. I understand they get used but have only seen it a handful of times in my 20+ years.

Put a weight room in the building for full timers.

The way it is in my center, management would see a driver in there after coming in at night & say, "You still got energy for that, you need an extra 30 stops added to your dispatch."

Give me my HC back. Or, since we are going down the road of all is equal, give me the same pension as my brothers who get 20% more then the folks retiring here. Unfortunately, this would be done by bringing everyone down to the lowest level.

I would like to see a return to the pre public corporate culture. The emphasis was on service and even though the job was hard we were appreciated. Now we just chase unobtainable numbers and are set to fail at every turn.
