Aside from Peak Season, part-timers weren't scheduled 6 days here.

The issue was pretty much exclusive to lower seniority RPCDs, due to the 22.4 language.

That’s all this contract is, is a cost of living raise. And it doesn’t even cover that. these companies. They sit and brainwash their employees with liberal bull, donate to liberal politician campaigns, pretend to disagree with liberal unions, then give you a raise and make you feel guilty for accepting it just to make you say oh, thank you so much! Lol, that’s because it was out there as negotiating fodder for the next contract. If the company would continuously come up with ways to screw us, they would be paying us like $150hr. And the union just keeps letting it happen. On purpose? Probably.

It’s gone, and in its place we hired more drivers than any five-year period since I have worked here. It was not a complete and total loss. Now those drivers will be RPCDs

I said nothing about conservative ways. The world is going globalist. Two birds of the same feather anymore. The globalists are choosing the liberal way of governing. But yes trickle down would be the best way if companies were worried about the welfare of their people to take care of their company in the future. But they know that people are not the future.

Sure I suppose if you look at it that way, but that’s not reality. This negotiating committee was trying to fix 15 years worth of less than stellar contracts. I commend them for a lot of the wins that we got pretty impressive.
