Canada does seem to have some very good private facilities.

i dont doubt they have good medical facilities. One constant complaint i've heard and seen a lot of stories on is the excessive wait times to recieve service in a socialized system. Thus canadians often travel to the US when the wait time in their area is too long. Or if they cant get specialized care or procedures in canada that they can here.
