the ones that showed up and did nothing should have been. the ones that attacked the capital and police should have been sent to jail. None of them as citizens should have been denied their due process and over sentenced for political reasons as they were.
none should have been denied all available video evidence by the J6 committee as they were.
truth be told if this was a normal not political prosecution of their crimes most would have done little to no time and been out of jail. the dems lawfare of those protestors made a strong case for the pardons.

You constantly contradict yourselves. You claim a lot of these undocumented that are hard-working people deserve to be deported because they committed a crime yet somehow look the other way when these violent insurrectionist tried to storm the capital.

Everyone's a law expert when defending their side. Bottom line is they were found guilty in a court of law and Trump pardoned their illegal actions.
And how many murderers, robbers, child molesters, rapists, etc did Biden pardon on his way out? Funny how you can point out what Trump did but never mention what Biden did. Or should I say what the autopen operated by someone else did?

I'll be more sympathetic to your point of view when Democrats stop fighting the deportations of criminal aliens. It was your party that created this mess. Did Trump go wholesale after illegal aliens in his first term? What changed? The letting in of millions in a short period without vetting them. Without going through the legal immigration process. The letting in of criminals who've horribly harmed many U.S. citizens. Someone has got to fix this problem and in polling most Americans agree. Only the diehard Leftists seem hellbent on protecting criminals.

Equivocating that with the pardons of hardcore criminals that did much worse than what occurred on January 6th? As was already said by Newfie, any of those J6 rioters who physically harmed police officers should be held accountable.
