Stone’s District of Columbia jury. It included no Republicans, military veterans, Roman Catholics, black men or anyone who didn’t go to college.

The jury did, however, include the foreman, a former Democrat candidate for Congress who in her tweets refers to Trump as #KlanPresident. Also: two lawyers from Democrat administrations, three with ties to the FBI, three with connections to the Justice Department, two with CIA affiliations and one Obama-era “communications director” of a federal agency.

Is that a jury of Roger Stone’s peers?
He’s a Roman Catholic born in Connecticut.

The jury foreman is a lawyer and she knew she was too biased to participate. She should lose her law license.

Another classic example of do what I say, not as I do.

Sen. Chris Murphy of Connecticut and other Democratic senators had a secret meeting with Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif during the Munich Security Conference last week. Murphy’s office did not respond to repeated requests for comment by press time.
A State Department official who spoke on background said that the State Department was not aware of any side meetings with Iranian officials that Murphy was engaged in.
Such a meeting would mean Murphy had done the type of secret coordination with foreign leaders to potentially undermine the U.S. government that he accused Trump officials of doing as they prepared for Trump’s administration. In February 2017, Murphy demanded investigations of National Security Advisor Mike Flynn because he had a phone call with his counterpart-to-be in Russia.

{ now this is the fun part }
Nangle serves on the House Committee on Rules, Joint Committee on Rules and the House Committee on Ethics.

ya cant make it go away. Yovanovitch liead and she got some splainin to do.

"State Department emails obtained by the conservative group Citizens United this week indicate that the former U.S. ambassador to Ukraine was involved in discussions about the natural gas firm Burisma Holdings and even in a meeting with a company representative, despite testifying to Congress during the impeachment inquiry that she knew little about the firm."

My take: She could have been in Burisma discussions and a meeting in which a Burisma rep was present and still know "little about the firm" or about any Biden connection. And Burisma may not have been a focus of hers.

The problem is she lied about it under oath.
