Had you ever looked at Gaza City before the war? Very.urbanized. At one time all the Gazans lived there. One fourth of the Gaza Strip was occupied by the Palestinians while three fourths were occupied by about 10,000 Jewish settlers. Gaza City looked like a slum while the Jewish settlers part looked liked a high end area of California. Israel negotiated with the Palestinians and to appease them removed the Jews and gave the entire strip to them. Which in actuality was what was supposed to belong to the Palestinians all along. Instead of utilizing all the land to the people's benefit, instead of using international aid to their people's benefit, instead of working with the Israelis to build an economy that could sustain their people, Hamas chose to convert that aid into weaponry and plot attacks on Israel.

Now you fret that Israel and the U.S. are going to use that land for something productive. The only viable option they have is to clear out remaining resistance, relocate the Gaza population because their homes and other buildings are almost entirely destroyed, and rebuild. It's highly likely they aren't going to rebuild it into something nice for the Palestinians. It's highly likely they're going to make sure they never have to deal with Palestinians in Gaza again. And they'll put the Palestinians in the West Bank on notice that if they ever choose to attack Israel like on October 7th, 2023 that Israel will do the exact same thing to them.

I have seen GAZA now. Not liking what I see destruction wise. I saw historical maps of land ownership in the past. The territory is quite smaller.

And you didn't answer my question. With Gaza destroyed what do you propose that Israel do? The Palestinians obviously can't go back to their homes. Israel doesn't want future attacks. No matter what has happened this is where they are at right now. What do you propose they do to settle this issue once and for all?
