We have a bunch of Lodge stuff, the nice thing about the instant pot is it’s versitality and ability to cook multiple things at once and keep it hot without over cooking. It’s not an end all kitchen appliance, but when you want something besides a bowl of cereal or grilled cheese when you get home, you literally can throw several ingredients in the instant pot and have a meal that would take you much longer cooking the items separately.

Perfect for a job like ours where your dinner time can vary.
