You realize we would invade through Iraq on one side and Afghanistan on the other, plus through the straight, then we would bomb them for about 30 days in a row.
Gee, I didn't know that you were a commissioned officer and military planner. As we found out with Vietnam, Afghanistan and Iraq launching a war on someone else's turf is an easy thing to get into but not so easy to get out of.

I got brothers in the?military that were pretty high up and they still talk to people. Iran as been an ongoing problem since we overthrew their government etc.. They design war games around this kind of stuff.

That's correct. When the CIA materially participated in the overthrow of Mosaddegh and installed "the Shah" who was about as brutal a dictator as they come that action was one of the worst foreign policy blunders in our history. All simply to safeguard British oil barons. And now we're reaping what we've sown and it's not a specific Democrat or Republican desire to see regime change but change will have to come from within Iran's borders.

Who said we have to go to war. In 24 hours we obliterate their navy and air Force , put a missle in the nuclear reactor and wipe out their command and control structure . No need to invade Iran and get into an actual war.

We have done limited strikes before.

Operation Praying Mantis - Wikipedia

"Operation Praying Mantis was an attack on 18 April 1988, by U.S. forces within Iranian territorial waters in retaliation for the Iranian mining of the Persian Gulf during the Iran–Iraq War and the subsequent damage to an American warship."

"By the end of the operation, American Marines, ships and aircraft had destroyed Iranian naval and intelligence facilities on two inoperable oil platforms in the Persian Gulf, and sank at least three armed Iranian speedboats, one Iranian frigate and one fast attack gunboat. One other Iranian frigate was damaged in the battle."

And we also shot down an Iranian civilian airliner.

Oh sure. Put a missile in a nuclear reactor and the prevailing winds spreads radioactive material across the Middle East . Great idea pal. Just like Chernobyl which coated nearly all of Western Europe in radioactive ash.

I think it’s funny y'all think it would be a war against Iran. It wouldn’t be a war it would be a genocide. They would have to change their name to We-Ran because there would be no one left in that country within a week.

If America wasn’t filled with a bunch of cry babies we’d be living in the United Countries of the World. Anti-War sentiment is counter productive to world peace.

We should start assassinating any world leader that speaks out against America.

There should be a drone hovering above their home 24/7, if they threaten us with death we press a button and it shuts them up permanently.
