You make it sound as if no other country will ever use nukes. Putin is crazy enough to use tactical nukes in Ukraine. Pakistan and India might lob them at each other someday. And it's an almost mathematical certainty that Iran will try to strike Israel with at least one nuke if given the chance.

Iran is the biggest state sponsor of terror in the world. Terrorist attacks around the world almost always have Iran behind them. With maybe the exception of terror attacks in India committed by Pakistanis.
