Well, I would disagree with both of them. I think the least likely to use it as they have proved. Doesn’t mean I agree with everything they do, but they’ve had the ability to use it and they have never used it.
And you can be 100% guaranteed Iran would not care about how they looked if they did
But I guess you would say it’s OK if they made a nuclear bomb, put it in a suitcase and had one of their proxies detonated it because that’s not war right?
