its done by courts that make rulings and then countries have to enforce the arrest warrants. i think the UN can be involved too.
we probably know so little about it because we are chief violators of it. the court rulings are followed 90% or more of the time.
the nuclear weapons are illegal (israel and iran if they have any....america's likely are illegal too) and pre emptive invasion is illegal.
remember when russia invaded ukraine i always said it was illegal against intl law.

when i was in turkey it doesnt look like they have freedom of assembly

btw 90% of the rulings are complied with so that supports its relevancy as well.

the driving there is terrible. i didnt see any homeless. ive been there 2x for about 20 days. theres stray dogs and cats which i like btw. the border guards are better there.

the point is let international law be the guide. do not be guided based on whether a country is allied with you or enemy. its referenced by people i listen to all the time and im sure its not perfect either.
thats right. however bibi cant travel wherever he wants in the world now bc he will be arrested depending on the country.

i think the countries agree but then they dont follow it less than 10% of the time.
