Might've been a legitimate concern that North Korea could potentially level Seoul and northern South Korea with artillery before we could take them out if we went for their program.

That’s exactly what you said you know Iran would use them. The United States and Israel will not because they are not insane.
You demonstrated here the exact reason why Iran has absolutely no business having this technology. At least not with the current government they have.
Make no mistake about it. If Iran hit Israel with a nuke the retaliation would've turned Iran into a plate of glass. Millions would have died. It's a scenario that the U.S. and Israel are trying to prevent yet radicals have the notion that if Israel has nukes then Iran should too. No one enriches uranium to that extent and puts the production facility deep under a mountain unless their intent was to build a nuke. And after over 45 years of promising to destroy Israel it would be extremely foolish to let them have even one.

Why would they? But if they do the nukes will be in the air long enough for Israel and likely the U.S. to see incoming and launch a retaliatory strike. China and Russia don't want that. That's why you don't see their leadership openly saying they are going to destroy us or Israel.
