J6 Hearing

What in the world are you talking about? Ray Epps is an older heavy set white man in I'm guessing his 60's. He's on multiple videos on the 5th and 6th urging protesters to go into the Capitol. He was put on the FBI list shortly after the riot then taken off. Why wasn't he charged? There were people in the crowd who didn't go in and were still charged. And held.
This Ray Epps?

Between the lines: Epps did attend the Jan. 6 riot in D.C., but believers of the false story say that because he was never arrested, he is being protected by the government.

  • Yes, but: There are a number of other individuals who were involved in the attack — and investigated by the FBI — who were not arrested, the Times notes.
  • Epps also says that because he contacted the FBI within minutes of learning that agents wanted to interview him, he was able to avoid arrest. He also said he never actually entered the Capitol.

You mean the puff piece they wrote to cover for him? Saw that the other day. And yet there he is on video urging rioters to go into the Capitol and the FBI refuses to answer questions about him.
If you think he's a paid agitator and FBI stooge I can't say anything else to disprove your claim he fooled people to go inside.

Doesn't matter whether he fooled them or not. He's on multiple video's urging people to go inside. People have been held over a year for doing less. Given prison sentences for walking around in funny outfits and making weird noises. People held without due process and denied their right to a speedy trial. If only the rioters in 2020 had been treated the same.

When have you ever gotten the point?
When you start paying into the system I'll start listening to your ideas about how to run the system . When you reach age 69 and still find yourself filling out and sending in ES40's and stroking checks every 3 months you might then have something to say worth paying attention to.

I’m sure President Trump could show up with his attorneys and be involved in the process. He could probably make everything clear and copacetic.
I'll put you down as against due process when it suits you politically.

you're not suggesting that trumps lawyers would be allowed free access to all witnesses and testimony as part of that process are you? As it is the J6 committee has suppressed any testimony that helps his case.

I just looked it up. The police union said 140 officers were injured. Later articles say 117. One recent article said 17 officers are still out of work due to their injuries. I wonder after Ashley Babbitt was shot the Capitol Police decided to just let them in rather than escalate things further?
thats not even good enough to be one night of BLM protests.

A local police sub station is the same as the US Capitol?
