A bit insensitive seems how it was intentional but that's alright. I'm glad you guys are here to troll while im actually trying to get help.... I already looked into FMLA and I haven't been there for a year yet. We're getting a place in August, just getting a visa isn't a fun process... Any help would help greatly appreciated!

Just a thought. Why wouldn't she come here to have the baby delivered, so the child will be a US citizen?
