The guy worked for two bankrupt companies that are making no contributions, which is exactly why the plan is struggling. Then he claims he worked 70 hours a week, which is a DOT violation. If indeed he did work an 8 day 70 hr clock, he made some good coin. BTW, trustees of Pension or H&W plans, get no compensation for fund duties.
Seems like TDU just publishes anything...
