DiDO's asylum director told me he keeps pulling down his pants in the lobby and defecating on the floor. He starts throwing his poo and then tries to spell "T-R-U-M-P" on the windows at the entrance. That's when they shoot him with a tranquilizer gun and grab the attendants to escort him back to the cell.

The government cut funding under Reagan for the mentally ill and it's been a GOP strong point ever since. On one hand, they talk about cutting costs by eliminating social services, and on the other they actually raise costs by putting the insane back on the streets, where they do bad things. It's an enormous drain on the police to dump the homeless problem on their laps.

Whenever an insane homeless person shoots or stabs someone, I look to the GOP for guidance, because they're usually the ones that don't want to pay for that person to be off the streets. Instead, they complain that liberals won't allow the police to just start shooting them or taking them to jail, where they stay for exactly 24 hours and are released back onto the streets because there are inadequate facilities due to lack of funding. They don't want to pay for programs that might get someone off drugs and back into normal society either. So, quit complaining when DIDO exposes himself and then tells you that the aliens in his head are going to climb out of his ears and take you back to Jupiter with them in their spaceship.

So, DIDO is free to roam among us, when he needs to be in a padded cell.
