Seems to me, it might be a runner-gunner type situation whereas some might be cutting corners and traveling faster than they should be. That is runner-gunning.

I see quite a few UPS feeders on the road, I’m not that far from a big hub, they’re always in the right lane, never more than a few miles over the limit.
@wayfair, I’m telling you, I live near a big hub, I see feeders on a regular basis. They are always in the right lane. Of course in the free state of Arizona, the speed limits are higher.
