Really you have been with UPS 3 years and you still haven't a clue.

If you want a different position you need to bid on it if your in the union. If your in management you need to kiss someone's ass.

If you are in a big hub good luck getting a better job. Three years may seem like a good amount, but its not. Supervisor is the easiest way I'd say, but everyone says they hate it.
