Judging by what they've done with my loop, looks like we won't have to worry about getting enough hours. Express will get smaller through attrition, and employees rts will expand to cover more area with less people. FedEx wants us to be as productive as possible. And by putting more and more on us they'll most likely hasten the departure of many who don't want to work like maniacs for low pay. Those who stick around will get more overtime. FedEx can pay better but they'd rather give us more through overtime to get something in return rather than speed up our raises. So I think the scenario where couriers are only getting 35-37 hrs a week is only likely in depressed areas. If you are living in an area with a better economy you'll do better. And probably have to spend the extra on higher rent.
