National disgrace: Garth Brooks

Ok fair enough. Now, would you consider that the "sold out crowd" could be conservative? Don't notice a lot of brothers there do ya? No. Stereotypes are solidly based but not monolithic. You aren't going to find Antifa, BLM types at a Garth Brooks concert. Nor any other Communist/Socislist/Liberal Democrat.
If you look at election results you can see in red states that not everyone votes Republican. In some red states the Republicans have a somewhat narrow lead. A lot of those Democrat voters still like country music in those states. If Brooks was seeking to be a unifying force then that's not a bad thing. Certainly better than what the Dixie Chicks did.

His music is popular with both sides. Country music isn't just for people in the south, though it definitely started there. And you're right that there are very few black people at his concert, but that isn't because they're boycotting a conservative musician.

What gets me is that nobody seemed to care when he performed at Obama's inauguration, but since he skipped Trump's he now apparently hates conservatives. He says he missed Trump's because he was in the middle of touring...was this just an excuse to get out of doing his or was it legit? I guess we'll never know.

See, you're trying to twist what I said while at the same time backing away from Trump. I said I would take it, didn't say what you said, and am giving credit where credit is due. Trump came up with $2000, not Biden.
No he did not. His own administration proposed the $600. The reason being is that the $600 was the most it believed it could get past the GOP controlled Senate. He simply went out later and tried to make himself look good by saying that it should be $2000. And BTW when are you finally going to get over the fact that Dear Leader LOST? And here's the good part. I doubt that he''ll be formally convicted in the Senate but it's much more likely that he'll be censured and will never be allowed to hold public office again.

If Garth does not become a loud mouth political hack supporting Biden then he'll be fine with his base.

I had a bigger issue with his song choice. I thought it did not fit him at all and i think he butchered the performance.

I didn't say South. But without it....he's nothing.

Only conviction in the Senate will keep him from holding Federal office again.

Oh that's right. He's going to run for city council. I forgot about that. Good luck Donnie especially according to reports saying that his neighbors near Mara Logo are going after him claiming that he violated his own agreement with the city whereby he agreed that members cannot stay there more than 21 consecutive days and nobody can make the place their permanent home.

I'd say he alienated closer to 5-10%. I think you greatly underestimate his fan base. He sells out concerts left and right in any state. Most Republicans aren't going to stop listening to him because he sang amazing grace at an inauguration. I don't think that many people actually care. Just a minority that's very vocal.
You saying his base is 90% liberal? Him just being there spoke volumes. It will make any conservative think twice. Hit him it where it hurts. Especially Hollywood. Any Democrat. Any Democrat owned business I know of....I'll take my business somewhere else.

I have no idea what you're going on about. Only a conviction in the Senate will keep him from running for president again if he chooses to.
