It takes 2 weeks to acclimate to hot or cold unless you have a medical issue.

Because there are jobs with much worse working conditions that make a fraction of what UPS drivers make. Stop crying snowflakes, it's just cardboard.

They will probably focus on part timers that work inside. I doubt they will interview many (if any) drivers.
