The local union should have the name of a comp lawyer (ask co-workers if anyone has had any experience with this lawyer) or look in the yellow pages. That is the first thing to do as they will take care of most of the BS from the insurance company and UPS. There is no fee unless there is a settlement and then the lawyer will take a portion of that, although back injuries dont usually collect settlements.
