The neighbor can't open any windows. The farmer should start raising hogs.

I was listening to guys on the radio yesterday talking about this. They mentioned that the renters were young and their landlord mows their grass. Then the radio guys started talking like how they imagined soy boys would talk to each other. One saying, What happens if he doesn’t mow and we get grassed in? How will we get out? That really made me lol.

The neighbors should introduce invasive plants/pests that the farmer will have to battle. Fight evil with evil.
