New NE package delivery driver

Good morning everyone. I am new here. Just hired on as a Package Delivery Driver in NE. I am an outside hire so completely new to UPS. Stating out at $18/hr. Any insight as to what the pay progression is and over what length of time to top pay? I haven't gone to driving school yet so I am lacking that info. Any accurate information would be appreciated.
