New service times and no International signatures

A while back we had a guy leave (dsr) 3k of camera gear w/o a legit sig. came up missing and lost his job

Must have been Express. A Ground driver would have got 10 lashes with a wet noodle and kept his crappy job.

Was told business commit times at end of month will be 4:30pm for SO and International packages can released unless they have ISR/ASR/DSR which customer will have to click to add signature service

Haven’t heard about this. I’ve been scribbling in C19 and releasing all ISR freight typing in the name unless it’s unsafe to do. For DSRs I need to see that an actual human is home.
